2. Apply Natures Gentle Touch Deep Conditioning Cholesterol Treatment into hair ,working from the tip to the roots of hair .
3. Massage gently with fingertips to ensure even distribution.
4. For instant conditioning, massage into hair, leave on for 5 minutes.
5. Rinse out thoroughly and style.
6. For deep conditioning, leave on for 10- 15 minutes (Use heating cap or dryer if desired).
7. Rinse out thoroughly and style as desired.
